The Pro-Player Pathway Program is an elite training programme for International football players looking to further their player development during their journey here in the UK.

Our player training programmes are run by qualified and experienced UEFA and FA coaches who deliver structured sessions to ensure that all players have the opportunity to take their game to the next level.

Our program is based in the north-west of England along-side various semi-pro football clubs. The player upon arriving in England will also sign with a semi-professional club to play for that football. This program is by invite only and we carefully select the players to participate as we feel they are playing at the highest level back home and are ready for the next challenge.

Players who decide to join us on one of our residential academy training programmes will receive a full-time professional academy training schedule, 24/7 access gym membership, full training kit, matches against other development and professional teams, opportunities to play in front of scouts and player management agency staff. Accommodation is included as well the nutrition needed for them to progress to the next stage or challenge that presents itself.

We believe that by coming to the UK and living the culture as a professional athlete, that our program participants will not only develop as players, but will also develop the right skills that will help them to become successful in all aspects of their lives. Living in England, the home of football, and participating in our residential academy program will enhance the possibility for each player to achieve their goal of becoming a professional player. You will have the option of staying in our program for a minimum duration of 3 months with an option of 6-9 months to extend.
